Where a person has a duty of care for an individual living with epilepsy this introductory eLearning module will enable them to develop the knowledge required to provide appropriate supports in the workplace, while also developing a better understanding of their student, client, colleague or patient and the impacts of living with epilepsy on the individual.

Where the individual living with epilepsy has been prescribed emergency medication staff will also require training in the administration of emergency medication.

This module is a prerequisite to the course, Administration of Emergency Medication (Part 1 – Theory)

Step 2 – Your staff with a duty of care have completed epilepsy specific training to that plan

Step 3 – You have undertaken an epilepsy awareness activity – such as Purple Day at your school.
